Underfloor Frames

A complete tipping gear ready to mount on the chassis and build the body on as follows:

1 x complete standard duty chassis and lifting frame set constructed in 100 x 50 x 3 box section, to specified width with single hinge plates and body prop. 100 x 100 x 4 box section ram 'bean' and 100 x 75 x 12 angle section thrust bearer.

1 x telescopic hydraulic cylinder - 3 stage with chromium plated stages contained within frame height of 255mm in closed position.

1 x hydraulic hose 1640 long complete with 1 x 90° and 1 x straight end connectors.

1 x 12 volt power pack - wired ready to connect incorporating a lowering buzzer, cab switch and cable, and a 5 litre plastic tank.

1 x power pack mounting bracket.

1 x battery cable with end connectors.

2 x rear hinge pins and 1 x ram clevis pin.

1 x set of 10 hold down plates.

1 x Πlegend plate and operation book.

1 x set body prop and cab switch stickers.
