Underfloor Kits

A complte kit of parts to produce a quality tipping gear from as follows:

1 x hydraulic cylinder mounting 'beam' (width to suit as specified or 1180 long) comprising 100 x 100 4 box section beam with 2no. laser profiles mounting plates and 2No. web plates.

1 x thrust angle (width to suit as specified or 1180 long) comprising 100 x 75 x 12 angle with 80 x 40 x 3 box backing complete with 2No. webs for ram eye.

1 x telescopic hydraulic ram - 3 stage.

1 x hydraulic hose 1640 long with straight connector and 90 degree connector.

1 x 12 volt power pack - with cab switch and cable wired ready to connect incorporating a lowering buzzer.

1 x power pack mounting bracket.

1 x battery cable with connectors ready crimped.

1 x hydraulic cylinder clevis pin.

2 x rear hinge pins

2 x rear hinges

2 x rear hinge bushes.

1 x Πlegend plate and operation book.
